Hall Charges for 2011
Hall Hire Charges (Until 31st March 2012)
Main Hall
Individual Rates:
Deaf Users £41.00 for 3 hours minimum (£10.00 per hour after 3 hours)
Hearing Individuals £50.00 for 3 hours minimum (£12.00 per hour after 3 hours)
Group Rates
Deaf Organisations £41.00 for 3 hours minimum (£10.00 per hour after 3 hours)
Other Charity Groups £41.00 for 3 hours minimum (£10.00 per hour after 3 hours)
Non-Charity Groups £50.00 for 3 hours minimum (£12.00 per hour after 3 hours)
Meeting Room (maximum 10 persons)
Charity & Deaf Organisations £11.00 booking fees plus £6.00 per hour (£18 minimum)
Non-Charity £16.00 booking fees plus £8.50 per hour (£25.50 minimum)
Discount
A 10% discount will be given for block booking of four or more occasions per year.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit of minimum charge must be paid to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable and is part of the total hire charges. Cheques should be payable to ANDA, and sent to the booking officer along with the booking form for confirmation of the booking.
Further Notes
1) ANDA reserves the right to lock up the hall and cancel the hirer’s event if the hirer fails to adhere to the rule no. 1 as stated under the “Standard Conditions of Hire” on the booking form, that is if the hirer fails to turn up 15 minutes after the start time as stated on the hirer’s booking form.
2) ANDA reserves the right to add £20 surcharge if the occupier fails to adhere to the rule no. 6 as stated under the “Standard Conditions of Hire” on the booking form. If the occupier refuses to pay the surcharge, the hirer (or their family) cannot use the hall in future.
3) The booking of the Bar is subject to approval from the LDSSC committee depending on the availability of their registered bar attendants. LDSSC reserves the rights to retain the profits from the bar usage. Other facilities can be arranged with LDSSC.
